Revisted: Black Lips

Atlanta’s Black Lips, formed in 1999, have altered their boisterous garage rock sound for something a little cleaner on their new record, Arabia Mountain. Before signing to Vice Records, the four-piece released two albums on Bomp! Records and a third for In The Red Records. Arabia Mountain will be their third release on Vice. The Black Lips have also put out a large number of singles and splits over the years.

Their music has definitely evolved over the years and the upcoming release gives a perfect excuse to give the group another listen. We suggest catching up with our archive of Black Lips tracks, spanning the past few years.
