Raised in Chicago, Erich Malo aka "E-TRAIN" was always known by family and peers for his obsession with breakdancing, beat-boxing, and party rapping. With a twin sister who is a classically trained dancer and hip-hop choreographer, growing up he was constantly surrounded with music and dance culture. During his freshman year at the University of Dayton, his mother Roxane Malo tragically passed a way. Devastated, he returned to business school in Madison, WI and turned to his passion in music and art.
Currently, he writes and produces from his studio located in the Hollywood Hills. He licensed music to Coca-Cola, Disney, and DanceOn, before signing his debut album "Wrath Of Roxane" to a worldwide sync & placement deal with one of the largest publishers in the industry, Ole Music. Among the ranks with E-TRAIN are Timbaland, Taylor Swift, Lady Antebellum, Ziggy Marley and Stephen Tyler. In addition to starting a record company he founded Village Green Style House and Highbrow Lowstache.
He has shared the stage with many great artists including KRS-One, Warren G, and 9th Wonder. Along with having headlined at the House of Blues on Sunset, Viper Room, Key Club, Hard Rock Hollywood, and SXSW music festival, he regularly performs all over the Los Angeles area.
