BioWhomever's responsible for putting the little hyperbole-laden sales stickers on the outside of South's shrink-wrapped sophmore effort With The Tides made sure to mention that they sound like the new heir to the Stone Roses throne. That probably means that this trio is contemporaries of Thom Yorke and Travis and all that because it's like today and not Stone Roses daze. All that aside, these London-based twentysomethings- who have been mates since gradeschool- have been getting a lot of radioplay, and their lushly produced music warrants it.
